SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery Locations: We within Australia only. Items can be posted to PO Boxes if required.
Processing your Order: Once you have completed your email you will be sent an order confirmation, please keep this email as proof as purchase. If delivery isturctions are required, please do not forget to add them to your order in the box provided.
Tracking Orders: All orders will be sent a tracking number (commonly by SMS), if you have not recieved your tracking number or order please call 0415516616 immediately.
Delivery & Dispatch Times: Orders are usually dispatched between 2-10 days, we are here to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible. Once dispatched your oder should be delivered within 3-14 working days.
Order Sent to Australian Address: Orders have a flat fee of $10.00
Order Sent outside of Australia: Postage charges will be calculated once order is placed.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies/
